Our New User / Refresher Resources course is intended for anyone unfamiliar or would like a refresh/update on:
- SHARCNET's / Digital Research Alliance of Canada's available resources, e.g., clusters, clouds, etc.
- an overview how to use our computer clusters and search for available software, and,
- how to ask for help via our ticketing system.
